1. Disclaimer: All products supplied by me are for designed for users with the necessary experience and insight to use them properly. As I have no control over the final use of these materials I can accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury resulting from the use of these products. The user is solely responsible for adherence to technical and building regulations. I must stress that use of my antenna wire at heights less than 2m poses a risk of damage and/or injury to people and livestock. As this wire does not have the strength that thicker steel wire posesses I must warn against using it outside private property. Under no circumstances should it be suspended above public grounds and roads.
2. Prices: All published prices are for end users and do not contain shipping costs.19% VAT is included.
3. Right of return: I offer a 14 day right of return for all goods that are undamaged and unused. The buyer is responsible for the costs of return carriage. Any pre-payments will be returned in such cases.
4. Shipping and handling: Goods are generally shipped via post or parcel service. In most cases shipping can be done as a small parcel up to 2kg for 9,00 Euro (europe). Smaller components can also be sent as letter (sometimes cheaper) .No further pacgaing costs are charged.
5. Delivery and payment: Foreign orders must be paid in advance. This can be done to my bank account at Deutsche Postbank, by credit card (see www.paypal.com) or in a registered letter. Minimum order is 10 Euro.
6. Eproperty rights: The goods remain my property until fully paid for.
7. Place of court : is Hof/Bavaria. All orders are handled under german law.
